Where
I train:
I workout
at the gym that my husband, Alan, and I own, The Fitness Zone. I am
a certified personal trainer who trains people with lots of different
fitness levels, goals & needs.
Favorite Diet Food:
NONE. I don't hate anything, but I don't necessarily love it either.
Favorite Off Season:
It's allllllll good!
How I got into bodybuilding...
Every since I was young, around 11-12 yrs. old, I loved to look at the fitness magazines.
My mother would buy me the magazines each month and I would dream of being a bodybuilder come day,
never thinking that my dreams would ever come true. I workout out a little here and there throughout
the next 10 years, but had no real plan or guidance. It wasn't until I met my husband in 1996, that I
really started training hard. He saw the potential that I had and helped me to achieve where I am today.
He's extremely supportive and patient even when I'm dieting. And, my mother is just as supportive now
as she was back when I first began dreaming of the sport. She and my step-dad never miss a show!
I have to say that without them, I would not be where I am today!
Please
note:
I
don't do sessions of any kind
